Article VII. Pre History
1.
I have included the following
background history prior to July 2006 due to the Probation and Parole report
being an incomplete, not quite accurate history that had strong links with the
current situation of this case. Yet it is also to assist those in determining
this case for the best course of action as it is important to understand the
human struggle that a person is coming from before making any decisions that we
can all live with because it’s not just myself or our replacement mother Rachel
Evans or the rest of our replacement family from our party Socialist Alliance,
Resistance, or CARR or even the state that has got to be taken into consideration
in making a decision for the best court of action it is also every one of the
99% of the people that are involved in both Rachel’s and my life that have got
to be taken into consideration in making a decision for the best course of
action in this case.
2.
The reason being is when
judging people and not just revolutionary’s gay, straight, black or white you
are not just judging one individual you are judging yourself and everyone else.
If one person has to carry out a decision then everyone has to carry out the
decision. If one person is affected by a decision then everyone is affected by
a decision. A defeat is a defeat for everyone and a win is a win for everyone. This
is why we make decisions collectively because if one individual makes a
decision that will affect everyone’s life without consulting the people then
the people get upset. Yes we think for ourselves but we also think of others
first before doing or saying. It doesn’t matter if you’re making a decision
about one or two individuals everyone else is affected because everyone else
either has to carry it out or live with it. Some individuals can live with a
decision being made without the majority of people’s and those involved consent.
Some individuals can handle being punished regardless of whether they did they
did something wrong or something right as in this case instead of rehabilitated
but most people can’t which is why we organise so many protests. Some people
would say just accept whatever punishment one gets doled out because of the
misguided belief Honourable Judges, leaders, lawyers, Police and those in
positions of power and authority are 100% always right and 100% always perfect
and 100% know everything and 100% know everyone in the entire history of the
human race and 100% never misjudge anyone. It is important to recognise no
human being is 100% perfect because humans are not machines. Yes I ask a lot of
questions in order to seek proper advice or to learn or to expose the truth or
to find solutions to problems or to find out what the problem is in order to
give a solution the majority of people want that some honourable judges and
leaders might find annoying. Yes I write lengthy documents and speak lengthy
periods that give blow by blow descriptions of all sides of the story that
often give too much detail of the history that could uses an edit job that my
comrades were very good at doing that some think is just rambling. Yet that
only comes from continually being misjudged and having to continually explain
and justify not just my actions but my very existence and to be given a go by
honourable bosses because of those who doubt one from poverty can be so
intelligent and have such a genuine heart without condemning others considering
the amount of condemnation and obstacles one has experienced. Some might say to have given up or to quit,
but when fighting for the lives of everyone, especially for a just cause such
as one’s people and not just yourself when you quit or give up simply because a
few leaders with power and authority tell you to for whatever “Merida reason,
your giving up and quitting on not just yourself but your giving up and
quitting on life. There is a time to quit and there is a time not to quit and
this struggle for my people is not one I’m willing to abandon or give up on
just to satisfy the whims of a few leaders who misjudged me because they never
bothered to get to know me before misjudging me. Some would say it might have been done better
from the sidelines to get the truth heard to annul this order to change the
situation for the better for all of us and to win a just and better world for
everyone and not just Rachel or myself with a decision we can all live with. Yet
in the words of Luke Weyland a dear comrade of mine once said, “It is better to
have been done with some imperfections than to have never have been at all.”
People live with regrets because they never took the brave step of changing a
situation for the better that feels uncomfortable at first to do because of
whatever misconceptions that have. I have been made to feel uncomfortable for
34years about injustice because I have seen no justice in a system where
individuals with power and authority over the majority of people make decisions
between themselves about the majority of people with the exclusion of the
majority of people with decisions were all just supposed to live with while
forced to say nothing yet do everything to clean up the mess from those
decisions because of leaders who professed to be the true interpreter of the
situation because they acted based on a one sided belief before investigating
with everyone involved in order to find the solution to a problem and then
acting. It comes from a union saying it’s everyone in or everyone out which is
not based on the goal of one or two individuals but the goal of the majority of
people.
Section 1.01 Pre 2006 History Background
3.
Trotsky said, “the family
can’t be abolished it must be replaced.” A common argument from the mouths of
capitalist thinkers is the abolishment of children born from adultery and not
legally adopted by the highest bidding replacement mother and father if the
unwed mother doesn’t have an abortion because they want to keep the child and
the adulterous husband doesn’t legally relinquish the fatherhood rightseven
though in practice they didfor the sake of the adulterous husband maintaining
the family with his wife and for the sake of the state. I am not going to
refute that argument purely on theoretical grounds but rather establish the
facts on all grounds as they happened in Australia are not it legal nor has it
been humane. It is at the heart of this struggle and this case for the promises
of oranges and sunshine my replacement family make to people like myself
beginning with Rachel Evans, queer and our heterosexual comrades see as a
mother to us queer comrades who guides us through the revolutionary struggle as
part of the road to rainbow liberation for all sex and gender diverse people and
an important part of why this APVO has been opposed since November 2007 in this
case.
4.
Hundreds of thousands of
white children were stolen from unwed mothers born from adultery that began in
England and continued in Australia still to this day in poorer communities. I
am one of those people. It is not an identity struggle. It is a struggle that
is a fight for both the birth right of the origins of the family and the
replacement of the family, culture and land with complete non-interference of
the state so long as no one gets hurt. If interference of the state results in
people getting hurt as a result of leaders who hold a position of power and
authority over a person making a misjudgement of a person in this case that
results in a state law contradicting a Commonwealth law then as per Section 109
of the Commonwealth Constitution Act it must be deemed invalid for political
rehabilitation orders with ones people instead of personal condemnation orders
in this case. It is also a fight for its true history to defeat false history
created from interference of the state.
5.
Having strong links with both
the refugee rights struggle and the aboriginal stolen generation this is a
struggle for the right to see asylum with one’s people as no one should be
deemed or treated as illegal for seeking asylum with one’s people and
replacement people to escape death. In England when adultery occurred the
children were stolen from the mothers and then shipped to Australia. The
children were promised oranges and sunshine and told their mum’s don’t want
them. The mum’s were told they were unfit mothers or that their children are
unfit and to not go looking for their children. The mum’s are equally promised
it will be oranges and sunshine without their children and that their children
are being sent to a place of oranges and sunshine. The reality is somewhat
different. Both the mother and the child wind up getting punished as a result
of both being lied to. While a false history is created between them. The child
is told to stop crying, don’t talk about it or you’ll get punished and given a
mop and bucket to clean up the mess others make with power and authority over
us because it’s our fault both the mum’s and the children were misjudged since
the day we were born from adultery.
6.
In Australia fathers who
committed adultery the children were stolen from the unwed mum’s and then
shipped interstate under the threat of death if they returned to find their
mother, brothers and sisters. The
children are again promised oranges and sunshine. The children are told their
mum was unfit to raise them, the mum’s are told their unfit to raise their
children and the false history is created by the father’s and state
intervention. The children are told to stop crying and don’t talk about it,
don’t do anything about it and just tolerate the inhumane treatment and
abolishment to death treatment you receive because it’s all your fault you were
misjudged by others or you’ll get punished even worse. Where again your told to
stop crying to come home to your people because that’s a sign of craziness to
fight for the promises of oranges and sunshine your people made to you where
you spend your time again cleaning up the mess that others created with power
and authority over us as a result of misjudging us because it’s all our fault
others misjudged us because they didn’t listen and we must be sorry being born
and still being alive after all of that. It’s been 34 years of se dice nada se Hace
todo (say nothing do everything) and I have never received an active apology. It’s
been 4 years of se dice nado se Hace todo and I’m still fighting to come home
to my people for the promises of oranges and sunshine they made to me. When
does the blame stop and leaders begin to take responsibility to help us clean
up the mess as a result of misjudging meso we can go home to my people with the
promises of oranges and sunshine my people made to me to begin with complete non-interference
of the state?
7.
Just like the refugees,
children born from adultery are treated as the enemy from one leader to the
next who use the state to do it. If we refuse to comply or refuse to accept leader’s
power and authority being used by others or the state to treat us as the enemy
dare we fight for equal rights and for our people to know the truth so we can
come home to our people.
8.
This happened through
government adoption agencies, DOCS and the Catholic Church who sold the
children as commodities to rich wealthy families. All birth certificates and
records of this were kept locked up and swept under the cover or erased. If the children couldn’t be sold to rich
wealthy replacement families they were deemed illegal citizens even if born in
Australia because they didn’t have adoption certificates. They were physically,
sexually psychologically abused and then either gotten rid of, made state wards
or escaped seeking asylum a replacement family, denied education, told to stop
crying, that their mum’s don’t want them so don’t go looking for them or you’ll
get punished, while spending our time cleaning up the mess. Crying is not
allowed because that is considered mental illness. Getting angry is not allowed
because that is considered violence. Hence no human emotions are permitted.
Just keep your mouth shut and tolerate the inhumane injustice you receive 24/7
as a result of the order from leaders with power and authority over you for
doing everything or doing nothing because it’s considered your entire fault you
were misjudged by others who didn’t listen.
9.
The mum’s were either made to
believe they were unfit mum’s or not go looking for their children or suffer
the consequences or that their children died during childbirth. The children
were promised Oranges and Sunshine. The
mum’s were lied to. The children were lied to. The children today still fight
for their mum’s, brothers and sisters seeking asylum with a replacement family
to be legally adopted by as well as for justice so they will no longer be
deemed illegal citizens.
10.
Our politics are very simple
our history is complex. From the exterior of society we enter our people’s
world by overcoming enormous cruelty by fighting for the rights of others to become
champions, leaders and revolutionaries of our people we belong with. Far too
few live to seethe promises of oranges and sunshine our people make to us
because of being treated like the enemy for being born outside the institution
of the family.
Section 1.02 My background
11.
Stolen by my father I
disowned Lester Clifford Dahl at 6 weeks from a woman Susan Virginia Manners
formerly Rowley he had raped that resulted in my birth outside of his marriage.
The unwed mother was told she was unfit. Susan and her family were part of a
revolutionary party but fled on a boat in the 1950s during political
instability and threats to their life seeking asylum in Australia. When they
came the first thing they did as they didn’t want to offend the aboriginals
like the other English did so they asked the aboriginals permission to seek
asylum in Australia. The aboriginals laughed at them and told them better late
than never from you white fellows and the aboriginals granted them asylum who
laughed about it every time they saw the Rowley’s.
12.
The name Rev Comrade was given
to me by the community because it was a popular name at the time and what Susan
had called me. Lester had gone against the community and put my first dead name on the birth certificate to try and bury the truth. Unless I was willing to
accept the first deadname” I was denied a birth certificate. The second deadname was legally recognised on 6
January 2000. Rowley wasn’t.
13.
Lester brought me to his wife
with intentions of getting rid of us because he couldn’t sell me. His wife took
me tried to find the mother but he bashed Marion and threatened to do to her
what he did to my Susan. He refused to sign the adoption papers and abused us
because he couldn’t sell us to another rich replacement family. DOCS told
Marion to keep the baby as the mum was crazy and unfit to raise children. Even
though it wasn’t true Susan was told by DOCS to tell the wives she don’t want
her children if they saw her otherwise if she didn’t the police would come and
have her locked up in a psych ward. She would cry every night wanting the
return of her children always on the run. Lester divorced Marion for not
getting rid of me and he stole Marion’s other 5 children.
14.
She was told to give me a
broom to sweep up a factory floor as that would be the only job we would ever
have as we would never walk talk or go to school. Not legally adopted Marion fought for us to
go to a normal school as I was reading and writing at two. She told the
education system give her six months trial. The teachers had said I belonged in
the 5th grade within two months of the 6month trial period and I was only 6
going on 7. The principle refused. When Marion found out the truth that Susan
did want us and that I had been stolen before she had a chance to take me to
Sue. Lester intercepted who used police to have Marion and I removed from the
state. Marion was told to keep her mouth shut or Marion and I would be killed.
We were forced to flee torn apart from my 3 brother’s and 2 sisters from Lester
and 3 sisters and a brother from Susan.
15.
So what did having no legal birth
certificate mean?
Section 1.03 Potential Deportation and no citizenship rights due to no legal birth certificate
16.
Marion promised me Oranges
and sunshine in Adelaide but the reality was somewhat different. She told me
never to talk about it or I’d get punished when as we had to live in hiding.
She told me to just ignore the bullies and never taught me to stand up to them.
Marion didn’t tell me everything. When I was 10 Lester had gotten a false
passport to have us sold to Manilla as a sex worker. I went to the school they
had the men arrested and I was put into student unions and told to stay there
so I couldn’t get deported until I found a replacement family I wanted to
adopt. When I was 15 Marion took me to see Lester to forgive him because he was
dying from asbestos poisoning. I asked him questions, Lester got angry and
began yelling told me he stolen me from Sue and that he enjoyed raping her.
Told Lester to have a nice time in hell. I never forgave him but I wasn’t
bitter about it because I didn’t see him as a father, just a man who committed
crimes against humanity who terrified me when I was little. We left. Marion
said to me how you knew to ask if you were stolen. I told her I just knew and
have been asking you for years if it was true. She didn’t tell me because she
thought I would hate her for telling me not to talk about it.
Section 1.04 Campaigns, homophobia, bastardisation, poverty, child genius denied husk due to no legal birth certificate & bullies.
17.
I was involved in a number of
organised campaigns through student unions, but my dream was bigger than a
student union I wanted to find my people, help them organise a revolution the
world would want and change the world to prove Lester wrong. Marion used to get upset over how four of her
brothers and sisters had wealth and luxury estates and nice cars while their
children never went without while until she got a department of housing would
often have to starve herself to feed me or struggle to have to find the money
for uniforms, books or school excursions.
In Primary school in Adelaide by the fourth year it was Mr Hample who
saw that I belonged in High school. He said I was profoundly genius who had a
gift but due to poverty and being stolen resulting in no legal birth
certificate I wasn’t being given a go to reach our full potential and alsodue
to the bullies homophobic ally and bastardisation bashing me because the rich
children thought gay children with no legal parents all have AIDS. He fought
for us to go to high school to escape it and to be given a go but the Principle
refused. All because I didn’t have legal parents and hung out with the
aboriginal, poor children and the nerds having intellectual political
discussions and organising campaigns simply because I didn’t like to play games
like normal children, couldn’t afford trendy clothes or wanted to hang out in
social navel grazing clubs like the rich white children did. I would have to
get after school jobs and find ways of raising funds to help with the bills etc.
from when I was 10. I would organise campaigns at school and Marion would
always get worried Lester would find out where we were if they got media
attention. Even though I was finally advanced from year Nine and skipped year
10 completing year 11 and 12 successfully in one year I was not permitted to receive
my HSC due to my name not being legally recognised. I was told I would have to
redo 11 and 12 when my name was legally recognised in order to receive my HSC
due to not being legally adopted.
Section 1.05 Name legally recognised along with citizenship rights.
18.
After working my guts out for
bosses and seeing workers sacked who didn’t want fight for their jobs back, I
left. When Marion got her aneurism she wouldn’t get herself checked at the
doctors and became incredibly violence so I left and did acting, after the
breakup with my ex-girlfriend, who then raped me. I couldn’t get a house so
stayed with friends or slept on university campuses. I was involved in a range of campaigns
including Werribee’s no Toxic Dump when I worked with the Young Labor left. In
January 2001 my name was finally legally recognised on my birth certificate,
which meant the legal, political, organisational, human and civil right to a
drivers licence, tax file number, a bank account, stable income, housing, work
rights, study rights and being accepted to belong with and adopt any community,
university, workplace, political party/activist group I wanted as my family or
replacement family with complete non-interference of the state just like anyone
else in Australia. It meant no legal removal because my name along with many
citizenship rights was now legal after 23 years of struggle. I legally told the
ALP and the violent ex-girlfriendto take a hike.
Section 1.06 Ex gay programme
19.
I went to Sydney. I wanted to
either legally adopt a child or have a child to overcome the enormous cruelty
by fight for the rights of others. I knew I would be a good mum because I would
be teaching it to be accepting of all human beings because it is a well-known
fact children raised by lgbti people and our allies who have experienced
inhumane prejudice and rape grow up as more loving and accepting human beings.
It is a misconception to suggest people who grow up and have experienced
injustice will commit these injustices towards others. On the contrary those especially
from poverty who have never received love often are forced to have to fight
give love to whole the world with the hope that one day that world will love
them back. It is because leaders and bosses won’t give them a go because they
seem to think that it’s odd that one has no hidden agenda who will just work
their guts out for the boss, volunteer for any task and even if it’s the worst
task in the world, give and give and give not asking for much in return often
sacrificing their own human needs of sleeping, eating, having accommodation,
and just do it without question for no other reason other than just for being
given a go with no hidden agenda. Then there are those bosses and leaders who
then turn around and take advantage of geniuses and use their power and
authority over the person to just use and abuse and take and take from the
worker and never give anything back in return. The refuge answer that I was
staying atrather than supporting my right to go through IVF or adopting a child
in an ex gay program where I was raped. They wouldn’t let me leave and would
send the cops after me. They put us in a caravan Park out in the sticks. When I
quit the welfare course they put me in they got angry because I said I don’t
want to change the world by doing welfare.
20.
I finished my HSC with top
marks through distance education because they wouldn’t let me complete it
through High school because I was considered too old. I was a Guinea Pig in a first run Diploma
Communications and Media because it was the only active course that was
political organised campaigns, had its own newspaper and a student union.
Section 1.07 Abortion
21.
I fell pregnant from the rape
because he didn’t use a condom. I didn’t want the state or the father to take
my child from me where another would face what I went through. I didn’t want
the child and me to have to live in the run from the father and the state
either. That was no life for a child either. So I made the uneasy choice of
having an abortion. Abortions weren’t free to people from poverty so I had to
take out a $500 loan for the clinic. I was also tested for HIV/AIDS because the
man who raped me was also using drugs and shared needles. I came back clean. The police had put a
restraining order on him but they put an ADVO in place instead of an APVO. The
courts sent him to a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program but because he had
nowhere to live he was granted to stay in my house. I knew I was going to die
if I stayed there because he used to lay into me and rape me again every time I
called the police. As soon as I got into uni, the first chance I got I escaped
the ex gay program, the physical violence, the rape and the caravan Park. I had
control over my own body and my own life again.
22.
This all happened while we
revived the paper from the dead with the students, graduated the top of not just the TAFE, but
the state and got accepted to the only uni that would take students from
poverty UWS and proved Lester wrong.
Section 1.08 Entered university 2006
23.
I entered student union initially
just looking for any organising role to help organise campaigns as they were
very politically active as I wanted to be a part of it. In the corner of the
student union when I first entered looking to help students organise campaigns
was Green Left Weekly. I was the only comrade there. I had never seen Green
Left weekly before but I couldn’t take my eyes of it. It was issue 645 with the
picture of the abortion drug RU486 that women were fighting for. I simply thought
to myself, “Where was this paper when I needed it my whole life?” After the stall
work was done I volunteered to be given a go for any role with the greatest
responsibilities and challenges for no other satisfaction other than to fulfil
a duty to help stop VSU. It was Jason Markwick who asked me to be a queer
officer as they didn’t have anyone else who had volunteered for the role to
organise queer campaigns as the other roles were filled which turned out to be
the biggest challenge. The challenge was to politically bring the queer
collective out of the closet to defeat homophobia on campus filled with dangers
that homophobia every time a Pride week was organised constantly forced the
queer collective to go back into the closet. I distributed Green Left Weekly
and the Onion for no other satisfaction than fulfilling a duty to help organise
campaigns that no one else had volunteered for as part of the fight to maintain
student control of student affairs. In our work of revolutionary education we
frequently return to this instructive theme. In the attitude of our fighters
could be glimpsed the human of the future. Just to be given a goby the leaders in
any challenging role where I could put my mind and my heart to good use to helpin
any politically active group for no other satisfaction other than fulfilling a
duty to help organise campaigns to change the world was all that I needed to be
happy in those days when I was underdeveloped. Even if no one else volunteered
for the role, I would even if I didn’t want to do it in order to help the
collective organise grassroots political campaigns to change the world. When
you’re a revolutionary from poverty just the same as anyone else from poverty wanting
a job you take on any role a leader or a boss offers you even if no one else
wants to do it. We have to fight to be given a go because bosses and leaders
misjudge a book by its cover with the misguided belief that people from poverty
are stupid or a mental health or welfare case that have nothing to offer. When
quite the opposite were often more intelligent with more heart and guts with
more awareness of what’s wrong and what the solution is to the problem than the
boss or leader is but just hasn’t been given a go. Once trialed and tested the
bosses and leaders quickly realise shit we got it wrong about this person. This
person has more potential and more to offer than what we initially gave this
person credit for simply because they don’t own anything and come from nothing
we misjudged them.
Section 1.09 Background on the student union
24.
In January 2005, five student
unions united to become the UWS Student Association to stop voluntary student
unionism. The student union had a history of love and rage with comrade’s
constant struggle of encouraging the love while channelling the rage into
positive organised political campaigning to stop the anarchists from doing
stupid things that would get themselves into trouble with security or making
stupid decisions. The anarchists were mostly at Bankstown while the socialists
were at mostly at Penrith and Parramatta. This was in the wake of five
independent Western Sydney Universities which united to become just UWS with no
name of the suburb attached to the name (EG UWS Nepean) in order to lobby the
government for more money while selling out both lecturers, the workers and students
control of student affairs quality of education and life with corporate
sponsorship. UWSSA was established with the participation of Luke Fomiatti on
the student representative council (SRC) who also sat on the Board of
Trustees. The presence of the LPF
keeping socialism in the closet, organising campaigns with the students in
secret, not reporting to the party on the intervention and with Green Lefts
sitting in the corner gathering dust instead of being distributed or
establishing Resistance as a UWS collective as part of the union as well as
reviving the Socialist Alliance western Sydney Activist centre from the dead
through organised campaigning was the basic element constituting the guarantee
of power and the loss of the people’s resistance from lobbying to help the
students continue to campaign to stop voluntary student Unionism killing the
UWS student Association. Serious contradictions developed right away with
having a student on both the SRC board and the Board of trustees. Luke duped
the student leaders while ignoring the workers and the majority of students
into believing to unite the 5 student unions to become UWSSA in the campaign to
stop VSU then they had to accept the Board of Trustees offer of $3million for
the independent Bookshops, café’s as well as other assets the students had
fought for in exchange for uniting UWSSA.
Section 1.10 Green Left Weekly lead meto the party January 2006 from the student union.
25.
As is well known, the exact
date of the beginning ofmy revolutionary struggle with comrade leaders— which
would culminate in January 2006 when I discovered Green Left Weekly in the
student unionfinding myself having to fight to be given go by any comrade
leader— was 1 July 2006. A group of queers lead by myselfwent with the
intention of finding any experienced comrades who were willing to give western
Sydney ago as an intense struggle to revive both the queer collective, bring
Resistance club to UWS and revive the Western Sydney Socialist Alliance
activist Centre to Stop VSU was going on. I had asked for help from any queer
or allied experienced comrade with Farida Iqbal who was my first choice to
mentor and guide us into the party and through the difficulty of the struggle cause
she gave me a book, a red card and told me I already am a revolutionary. Yet it
was Rachel Evans who came. As for the student union the beginning of that
revolutionary struggle – which culminated in December 2006 with the LPF
abandoning the fight simply because Luke Fomiatti had swayed the vote for
anarchism instead of Marxism for the Presidency ticket or support Chris who ran
as an independent which left a new comrade to have to take on the burden with any
experienced comrade support remaining outside the SRC. The Student union
removing Resistanceto lobbying for campaigningwas a failure; the failure became
a disaster; and the student union wound up being a prisoner of the university
board of trustees and UWS Connect. They wanted my return with Resistance,Socialist
Alliance and CAAH for amnesty to be declared as they realised their error. Yet
I could not because Rachel Evans told me it would be over her dead body before
she would ever let me enter the student union again. On the one hand we got a
revived Socialist Alliance activist centre, CAAH got a big NDA which stopped
the overseas same sex adoption ban from going ahead but the student union had
no one experienced to help it organise campaigns.I was still a UWS student but
was just forced to watch the student union tear itself apart back into what is
now called “Campus Councils.” The exact date of this revolutionary struggle
which culminated November 2007- February 2008 was 29 August 2008. A group led
by Alex Bainbridge using Rachel Evans power and authority over me attacked us
for encouraging him to help each other to organise instead of agonising about
me and using the guilt fix method on me about untrue “Mérida” between myself
and Rachel decided the best way to help me overcome a concussion and to help me
remember was to do a Luke Fomiatti and implement an APVO using Rachel Evans
power and authority over me without hers, the majority or my consent he said
Rachel would be pleased about carrying out. The misjudgement of me became a
failure; and the failure became a disaster and the disaster became a nightmare
with the survivor remaining a prisoner by APVO with no appeal being heard for
continuing on the revolutionary struggle with release only is done with
amnesty. In this process, in which there was only the germ of socialism, the
individual was a fundamental factor. We put our trust in them — individual,
specific, with a first and last name — and the triumph or failure of the
mission entrusted to them depended on that individual's capacity for action. It
developed in two distinct environments: the 99% of people who were awake and
Rachel’s power and authority over me by APVO that caused CARR and Socialist
Alliance, the guerrillas, the motor force of the mobilization, the generator of
revolutionary consciousness and militant enthusiasm that had to be mobilized to
go to sleep about our true history. This vanguard was the catalysing agent that
created the subjective conditions necessary for victory.
26.
Here again, in the framework
of the proletarianization of our thinking, of this revolution that took place
in our habits and our minds, the individual was the basic factor. Every one of
the combatants of Socialist Alliance who reached an upper rank in the revolutionary
forces has a record of outstanding deeds to their credit. They attained their
rank on this basis.
Section 1.11 The first heroic stage
27.
Both new people and new
collectives go through a heroic stage. This is where combatantscompete for the
heaviest responsibilities, for the greatest dangers, with no other satisfaction
than fulfilling a duty. In our work of revolutionary education we frequently
return to this instructive theme. In the attitude of our fighters could be
glimpsed the human of the future.[31]
28.
On other occasions in our
history the act of total dedication to the revolutionary cause was repeated.
During the October [1962 missile] crisis and in the days of Hurricane Flora [in
October 1963] we saw exceptional deeds of valour and sacrifice performed by an
entire people. [32] Finding the method to perpetuate this heroic attitude in
daily life is, from the ideological standpoint, one of our fundamental tasks.

In the first instance, in January 2006,
these were resolved when a young fresh faced excited, full of energy, guts,
determination, love and an enthusiastic unknown queer revolutionary stolen
generation from poverty walked in after getting into uni after a 25 year
struggle to win the right to go to university had just been won looking for a
job to help students organise political campaigns to help change the world and
spotted his first Green Left Weekly sitting in the corner gathering dust. Who
picked up the Green Left and bolted briefly outside and said out loud, “Oh my god,
this paper is deadly because it speaks the truth. I want in cause that’s who my
people are.” It was me.

Elected autonomously as an
organiser of the Penrith campus that I only agreed to on the conditions of
helping students organise political campaigns, taking the post of UWS Penrith
queer officer which also encouraged others students to take on roles to continue
to organise campaigns and not for a career.Yet I knew I needed an experienced
comrade to guide me as Danni was stonewalling me from being trained up to deal
with Luke. This process culminated in July of the same year under mass pressure
of the queer collective and the students for us to go to QC and bring back the
people’s Resistance to stop the bureaucracy taking control of the union so
students could continue to campaign at UWS.

As is well known, the exact
date of the beginning of the revolutionary struggle — which would culminate in
January 1959 — was July 26, 1953. A group led by Fidel Castro attacked the
Moncada barracks in Oriente Province on the morning of that day. The attack was
a failure; the failure became a disaster; and the survivors ended up in prison,
beginning the revolutionary struggle again after they were freed by an amnesty.
In this process, in which there was only the germ of socialism, the individual
was a fundamental factor. We put our trust in him — individual, specific, with
a first and last name — and the triumph or failure of the mission entrusted to
him depended on that individual's capacity for action. Then came the stage of guerrilla
struggle. It developed in two distinct environments: the people, the still
sleeping mass that had to be mobilized; and its vanguard, the guerrillas, the
motor force of the mobilization, the generator of revolutionary consciousness
and militant enthusiasm. This vanguard was the catalysing agent that created
the subjective conditions necessary for victory.
Section 1.12 The power of suggestion
32.
Phil Brown said it best, “Psychological manipulation
exists in all areas of society through the conveyance of the oppressive
behaviour to the oppressed themselves in order to maintain the status quo.”
Rachel Evans has the power of suggestion and I spotted it when I first met her.
I learned how to spot it because I had a bad example of it used on me and
others by Lester Clifford Dahl. Lester saw me as a threat because I was the
first one at two years old Lester had come across where the power of suggestion
didn’t work on mein relation to being duped into accepting injustice he
committed or used others to commit or dupe me into committing injustice towards
others or accepting blame for injustice he committed on me. I don’t have the
power of suggestion as my only weapons are the truth and my heart and raider in
seeing what’s coming ahead of time but I can spot anyone who does and who
doesn’t have it. The only thing I’m hypnotised by is Socialist Alliance and the
constant need to organise to unite with the majority of people to stop
injustice to win an equal revolution and can’t be duped into being distracted
from that task.Generally speaking those who have this gift of the power of
suggestion this can either be a good thing or a bad thing. In Rachel’s case she
was the first one I had come across where I learned to trust it because it was
used for a good thing of convincing people to stop injustice on mass. It was
never used to harm people until November 2007 when it was exposed her and Alex had
been making a misjudgement of me in relation to the politics of the love of the
living humanity due to the guilt fix method with place and communication
restrictions otherwise known as the APVO in this case. In Lester’s case it was
a bad thing and a very good psychiatrist Dr Kevin English warned Marion, to
never leave her children alone with Lester or trust him with police,
Magistrates or those in positions of power because of his ability to convince
people especially those in a position of power to harm people and those people
not even realise it. According to THEOSOPHY, Vol. 10, No. 9, July, 1922 (Pages
259-262; Size: 15K) “THE power of suggestion means many different things to
many minds. It is coupled with the idea of hypnosis, where the operator is able
to make the subject think, say, do, or imagine anything he chooses. That is
possible through the abnormal condition of the subject. The means and methods
of inducing this abnormal condition are not generally known, although some
practitioners have hit upon various ways of bringing on hypnosis in some
subjects.”

Rachel and Alex began telling “Mérida” about me since
November 2007 because the truth about me didn’t get listened to by others with
power and authority. Whether she did it because she thought that a personal condemnation
order instead of a political rehabilitation order was the best way to help me
recover from a nervous breakdown I was having at the time or to strengthen my
sense of truth and my heart and ability to see through “Mérida” to the truth of
the matter I don’t know. I just know Rachel needs to stop telling “Mérida”
about me as it is based on her belief and not the truth to create a false
history and to let me give our people the truth without communication or place
restrictions or punishment to call it amnesty so we can all go home.
